I was deployed in 2003 and flew 3 missions to/from Iraq during OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM (served as Flight Clinical Coordinator at Ramstein AFB, Germany).  I was awarded the Commendation Medal.

I served in the position of Chief Nurse at the clinic at March ARB, Moreno Valley, CA 2006-2008.

I joined AMVETS in 2016 and have served as Judge Advocate 2017-2018, 2nd Vice Commander 2019-2020, Adjutant 2020-Present).

I was appointed to AMVETS Service Foundation in 2019 for a position that was vacated.

In 2020 I was elected for a three (3) year commitment as Southern California Director and also serve as Secretary. I am a life member of Military Officers Association (MOAA), and The American Legion.

In my civilian life I have one daughter, Christine and two Grandchildren, Sophia 20 and Gracie 18.  I have a Master’s Degree in Nursing and maintain my CA RN license, I am currently retired. I was a Registered Massage Therapist and Reiki Master.
